We help qualified inmates complete certain motions for the court. Currenly we create motions to request a sentence reduction in accordance with the 821 A amendment. Soon you will also be able to create a request for permission from the court to work remotely. This is something that most reentry facility do not allow. We have copied motions other inmates have successfully used to create a motion of common legal arguments and references for you to review. Although many inmates have used these to file, we can not confirm that these are right for you. We are not attorneys, and we do not give legal advise. | |

| By the way, we do not charge. This is a free community service. We do have expenses, so if you receive a reduction do not forget us. There is a donate button on the website. | |
| PRINT, SIGN AND MAIL | |

Once the forms are completed, we recommend you review with an attorney. Then, they need to be signed and mailed to the court. (The forms, not the attorney) We do not deal with the court directly ourselves. If you do not have a printer, you can even eMail the motion to someone else to print for you. | |

The Courts assume everything you put in a motion is true. So our common sense says do not lie on these forms. It is recommended that you consult with a qualified attorney or legal professional before filing any legal documents | |
